PROCESS: Blue Berry Spring is a natural double fermentation sparkling wine produced for more than a century using the CHARMAT method, where the double fermentation takes place in large pressurised containers.
Natural double fermentation in pressurised tanks lasts more than 30 days. In this process, carbon dioxide is absorbed very well, ensuring the extremely long lasting and entertaining play of bubbles in each glass.

PAIRINGS: Perfect as an aperitif and throughout the meal, pairing beautifully with typical recipes of the Franciacorta area, such as casonscelli (ravioli) and fresh-water fish (perch and char).
