Riesling
Pale yellow in color wine with aromas of ripe yellow fruits and piercing minerality. Smoky spices and citrus fruits in a long aftertaste.

An ideal aperitif. Pairs well with fish, seafood and vegetable dishes.

Method of Aging: On the sediment in neutral tanks.

Hand-picked harvested grapes, strict selection of berries and soft pressing. Fermentation takes place in steel tanks under careful temperature control.

Pinot Noir
Intense ruby color. The fragrance has notes of red berries, cherries with spicy hints. Well balanced wine with a juicy berry aftertaste.

Recommended for meat delicacies, fried sausages, meat stew and hard cheeses.

Method of Aging: Short time aging in neutral containers.

Soft pressing of grapes. Fermentation is carried out in steel tanks under strict temperature control.

Spatlese
An exquisite straw colored wine with a greenish sheen. The aroma is first dominated by the tones of green apple, white peach and mint, which later evolve into the tones of blackcurrant leaf, lime and candied fruits.

Perfect as a digestif wine or in combination with light fruit (lemon, pear, apple) or cream desserts.

Method of Aging: In neutral stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures.

Fermented with a use of natural yeast at a very low temperature in stainless steel vats.
